Disposal Notice for Dinghy

EASTLEIGH BOROUGH COUNCIL
REFUSE DISPOSAL (AMENITY) ACT 1978
To the owner of the dinghy pictured below and located at the public hard.

This boat/trailer must be removed from this land by no later than 4 June 2026. Please immediately contact The Clerk, Hamble Parish Council on 023 80453422 or clerk@hambleparishcouncil.gov.uk

Furthermore, if the boat/trailer is not removed within the above period the boat/trailer will be disposed of and you will be liable for the costs incurred by Hamble Parish Council. You may also be liable for prosecution under Section 2 of the Refuse Disposal Amenity Act 1978.
