The purpose of The Eastleigh Borough Council Asset Transfer Working Group is to make recommendations to Full Council regarding the transfer of various community assets to Hamble Parish Council (HPC).

These assets may be transferred from:

• Eastleigh Borough Council (EBC), and/or

• Other bodies, including but not limited to:

  • Hampshire County Council

  • The Crown

The transfers form part of the local government devolution and reorganisation process.

Full Council may also request that the Working Group consider or explore additional specific issues as required.
