Public Meeting Regarding the Future of Hamble Airfield – NOW AT CAPACITY

Thank you to everyone who has registered for the Public Meeting on 28 February 2022 at the Royal Southern Yacht Club. We have now reached capacity at 200 participants. We’re delighted so many of you are interested and can commit the time.

If you have already registered, your place at the meeting is assured. **Note: If you now can’t attend Monday’s meeting, please call on 023 8045 3422 to let us know, so we can re-allocate your space to another resident.

We understand that some of you may be disappointed if you have not yet registered. There is a chance that we may get cancellations. So, if you would still like to attend, please send us your details at https://cemex.hambleparishcouncil.gov.uk/register/ and we will put you on the waiting list. Please do not turn up on the day if you have not registered – we have to ensure we meet fire and safety regulations to keep everyone safe and will not be able to admit anyone who has not registered.

We are currently exploring options to record the meeting so residents can listen afterwards. We will provide further information on this option once we know more.
