Have Your Say: New 3G Pitch for Hamble

Hamble is being considered as a location for a new 3G artificial pitch – and we want to hear your views.

The project is in its early stages, but your feedback will help guide the discussion. We’d particularly like to know which of two potential locations you would prefer: Mount Pleasant Recreation Ground or Hamble Club Football Club.

A 3G pitch can be used year-round whatever the weather, providing a high-quality facility for local football clubs, women’s and girls’ football, walking football, school sessions, disability-inclusive sport and other community activities.

We’re working with Eastleigh Borough Council (EBC) and the Football Foundation on this project. If it goes ahead, it would be funded by the Football Foundation and EBC – at no cost to Hamble residents or the Parish Council.
