Disposal Notice for Boat at Hamble Parish Council Dinghy Park

Hamble Parish Council is seeking to contact the owner of a boat currently located in the Hamble Parish Council dinghy park.

A formal notice has been issued under the Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978, requiring the owner to remove the boat from the land by no later than 10 September 2026.

The owner is asked to contact Hamble Parish Council immediately by calling 023 8045 3422 or emailing operations@hambleparishcouncil.gov.uk.

If the boat is not removed within the stated period, it will be disposed of and the owner will be liable for any costs incurred by Hamble Parish Council. The owner may also be liable for prosecution under Section 2 of the Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978.
