Join Our Team! Reception, Administration and Finance Assistant Wanted

Reception, Administration and Finance Assistant to be the first point of contact for advice & information to residents and customers, oversee the office administration as well as bookkeeping support.

📍 Location: Parish Council offices
Hours: 20 – 25 hours per week
💷 Pay: £24,760 (£12.85ph) SCP 5 – 6
📅 Days: Tuesday – Friday (covering office opening hours)

Key Responsibilities:
✔ providing cover for the office during opening hours
✔ providing advice and information face-to-face, over the phone and via email in a professional, friendly and timely manner.
✔ assist with a range of administration duties, such as allocation of clock permits, preparation for meetings, ordering of supplies
✔ cover general bookkeeping duties including sales and purchase invoices, banking of car park monies, customer financial records
✔ Additional duties as required
